Hymn for Her is a traveling family trio weaving together soulful harmonies, heartfelt lyrics, and a unique blend of folk, Americana, and back-porch roots music. Made up of partners Lucy Tight, Wayne Waxing, and their daughter Diver, the band has lived most of their life on the road in their vintage Bambi Airstream, turning highways into home and songs into stories. Their music is rich with connection, grounded in family, and carried by harmonies that only a life lived closely together can create.
"Local Honey," featuring Emily Baar on vocals, Haris Sirbubalo on percussion and David Muñoz on guitar, offer a unique sound that blends nostalgia with fresh interpretations and a sound that draws inspiration from a variety of genres, including the classic movie musicals of the '40s and '50s, Brazilian bossa nova, the Latin bolero, and the timeless Disney songbook. Together, these influences create a listening experience that invites audiences on a delightful journey to a bygone musical era.
